The processing time for orders usually takes 1-2 business days. The shipping time depends on the selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping, which takes 12-17 business days, as well as premium and express shipping options with shorter delivery times as below.

The refund will be issued to your original payment account.

7. Is your standard shipping free? How about the others?

Yes, we offer 100% free standard shipping on all orders. We also provide free premium shipping for orders over $69 and free express shipping for orders over $169.

The premium and express shipping options are with more shorter delivery times than standard as below.

  • Standard:  Free, Shipping Time:12-17business days
  • Premium:  $6.9, Free over $69, Shipping Time:7-12business days
  • Express:   $26.9, Free over $169, Shipping Time:4-6business days

8. What are the return and exchange conditions?
